ACTi protects Ford Mustang museum in Mexico

Taipei, Taiwan

ACTi recently got an order to provide a video surveillance solution for a car museum in Mexico. The museum is called Mustang Museum and is located in Tampico of Mexico. Every car there has a historic reference and an anecdote related to the past of the car.

The museum has 2 general areas. The first area has capacity for twelve cars, and the second one for fifteen. There are also three individual areas, where visitors can admire the first generation of these American cars which achieved the first place at international races like Daytona and Lemans.

Dr. Roberto Gómez Tobías has decided to watch and protect his facilities and his associates invaluable collection with a CCTV solution provided by BC Security, ACTi's certified partner in Mexico.

After knowing all the benefits from ACTi system which is offered and installed by BC Security, Dr. Gómez has decided to entirely replace his current analog CCTV surveillance system for an IP solution, mixing day/night cameras (ACTi ACM-1431N) and PTZ camera (ACTi CAM-6500N), with ACTi NVR servers, to keep track of everything that happens in his museum and his collection.

The ACTi solution allows multiple associates of the Museum to obtain live preview of the museum as well retrieve recorded videos remotely and conveniently. Also, allowing visitors to first view the museum on-line live before coming physically to the museum can also be made possible by the powerful ACTi NVR software which allows unlimited clients to log in.

"For our visitors we offer the highest quality level available, and for our associates we keep their cars in the best conditions. We expect nothing else but excellence in our surveillance system due to the sentimental and economical value of our collection. With BC Security, we have achieved our objectives, and also the best quality / cost ratio. I'm sure we couldn't be more satisfied by the IP video surveillance provided by ACTi solutions", said Dr. Gómez when he was interviewed by a local publication covering the opening of the museum.
