Abus releases wireless surveillance system kit for smaller applications

Mulhausen, Germany

The starter set TVAC15000 from Abus Security-Center is the individual home video surveillance solution for the front door.
A handy 3.5 inch monitor is connected to the corresponding wireless outdoor camera via a wireless system and the user can find out who is outside the door from anywhere in the house. Simple installation and versatile monitor makes the home video surveillance system the perfect beginner set for digital wireless monitoring for private homes and small units.

The set contains one 2.4 GHz wireless monitor and one IR wireless outdoor camera with PIR motion detector. Video and audio signals are transmitted and displayed via wireless technology. This type of signal transmission is an advantage everywhere where cables cannot be laid. Interference and disturbances can be avoided, since the video and audio data are converted to digital signals, which ensures a good range and optimum transmission quality. Data encryption guarantees a protected transmission path.

The IR wireless outdoor camera 2.4 GHz TVCC40005 in the set has an infrared night vision function and protection class IP66 and is ideally equipped for outdoor use. As soon as the camera’s PIR sensor detects movement, it transmits the video and audio data to the monitor, which starts recording to the SD card. Up to four TVCC40005 cameras can be connected to the monitor and can be displayed in a 4x view. With this the complete package offers everything that you need to quickly set up a wireless video surveillance system in your home, retail shop or workshop.
