“The addition of Secusuisse confirms that our model attracts some of the strongest, entrepreneur-driven security service companies in Europe,” notes Henrik Norrbom, CEO of Prosero. “We’re very proud that Switzerland’s leading security provider has chosen to become part of Prosero. By combining local entrepreneurship with the strength of a larger group, we’re establishing a foundation for continued growth, while the branches are able to maintain their identity and customer centricity. With Secusuisse in the group, we reinforce our leading position in the DACH region and we take another significant leap on our European expansion journey.”
“Becoming part of Prosero feels right for us. We’ve built a strong organisation together with our employees, customers, and partners, and we’re convinced that Prosero is the right partner for the next phase in our journey,” explain Georg Ulmschneider, founder of Secusuisse, and Simon Gasser, CEO of Secusuisse. “What attracted in particular was the Prosero model, where each branch can continue to develop based on its strengths, proximity to customers and with a strong local leadership yet gaining from the experience, synergies, resources and competence from a larger organisation.”
