Kaax is becoming part of ID Company, part of the Seriline Group, in Denmark, but the Kaax name will be retained, and Michael and Heidi Kaspersen will continue as the primary contacts and partners for customers – delivering the same high level of quality and service as before.

As part of ID Company and Seriline Group, Kaax gains clear advantages for both existing and new customers. Kaax customers will now have access to Seriline Group’s broad, end-to-end offering within secure identification, RFID, card production, service, and support — while the local presence and personal relationships remain unchanged.

The company will benefit from the broader product portfolio with new products and solutions within physical access control and security systems, and innovative solutions such as the Digital ID, Serix ID, Serix Online, Serix IAM, as well as leading brands such as HID Global and Salto.
