Prosero acquires additional company in Finland

Stockholm, Sweden and Lahti, Finland

Prosero Security Group is acquiring Etelä-Suomen Hälytintekniikka, a well-known security specialist that offers comprehensive solutions in CCTV, alarms, fire safety, and bomb shelter services in the Lahti region of Finland.

Etelä-Suomen Hälytintekniikka was founded in 2000 by Matti Ihalainen and operates with three employees based in Orimattila, just outside Helsinki. Since the start, the company has established a strong reputation for its high-quality services with long-standing relationships with key customers in the construction and property sector. The company specialises in offering a comprehensive range of services, including design, installation, and maintenance of CCTV, alarm systems, and fire and bomb shelter solutions, along with leasing and aftermarket services.

While Etelä-Suomen Hälytintekniikka will continue to operate under its own brand, the company will be joining forces and cooperate with Lukkoässä, which is also a part of Prosero since 2021. This will strengthen the group's presence in the Lahti region, and the companies will be able to provide a full-service offering to their customers.

"With Etelä-Suomen Hälytintekniikka, we get additional expertise in the group. Their unique knowledge in CCTV and alarms will strengthen and complement our offering, both for Lukkoässä and for the other companies in the group. Together we will broaden the product portfolio and build an even more attractive customer offering", says Jyri Aho, Country Manager at Prosero.

Matti Ihalainen, founder of Etelä-Suomen Hälytintekniikka, is looking forward to cooperating with Lukkoässä and becoming part of Prosero. "I am convinced that we will be able to meet our customers' needs even better by joining Lukkoässä and Prosero. We look forward to continuing to deliver our high-quality services to our customers under our own brand, while benefiting from the resources and expertise of Lukkoässä and Prosero", says Matti.
