Copiax is expanding its digital investment by recruiting Boel Rödin as the company's first E-commerce Manager. In connection with the appointment, a clearer organisational structure for e-commerce and digital services will be established, and Boel Rödin will join Copiax's management team.

Historically, responsibility for e-commerce has been a cross-functional role within the Copiax organisation. With the new role, responsibility for the company's digital business is now gathered under clear leadership, with a focus on continued development of customer experience, functionality and growth in digital channels.

Boel Rödin has solid experience in digital business development and e-commerce. She comes from the role of Head of Digital Commerce at Cramo Group, where she was responsible for the development of digital platforms, e-commerce and customer portals. She has also led efforts to strengthen the customer experience and drive digital growth in international environments.

"Establishing a dedicated e-commerce function is an important step in our business development. Our digital channels are central to the meeting with our customers in the security industry, where demands for accessibility, simplicity and functionality are high. Our ambition is to further develop the offering with more value-creating services and solutions," says Mikael Nylander, CEO of Copiax.

Boel Rödin also has experience from the Fintech sector through roles at Monto and Capcito, with a focus on digital services and product development. The security industry is a new arena for her.

"I look forward to contributing with my experience in a new industry with high demands on reliability and specialist knowledge. The combination of Copiax's strong market position and the expertise that exists in the company creates good conditions for continued development of the digital offering," says Boel Rödin.

In her role, Boel Rödin will work closely with the functions of Sales, Marketing, Product and IT. Today, approximately 94% of Copiax's business takes place digitally, with the majority of transactions going through the company's e-commerce platform.

"It is a great confidence to lead this initiative. Copiax has a clear forward movement with many initiatives underway, and there is great potential to further develop both the offering and the customer experience," says Boel Rödin.
