With revenues in excess of $36 million and more than 830 employees, Norred & Associates has been providing clients with a full range of security services encompassing manned guarding, investigations, pre-employment screening and security consulting.

This follows the acquisition at the end of December 2021, when the company also acquired Weinstein Security, Inc, a Windsor, California-based security company. Terms of this deal were also not disclosed.

For more than 20 years, Weinstein Security has been providing a full range of private security services focusing on the following industries: retail, wineries, residential, hospitals, commercial real estate, manufacturing, mining and events. Founded in 2002 by Dan and Maureen Weinstein, Weinstein Security offers security guard services in the following counties: Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Mendocino.

In April last year Allied Universal acquired G4S Plc in the UK for an estimated transaction value of $3.8 billion, making the organisation the 3rd largest employer in North America and the 7th largest employer in the world.
