Vista improves technical support

In order to improve its processes, Vista is making a change to its technical support services by introducing a new dedicated Technical Support hotline for Vista products.
This new dedicated Vista Technical Support hotline ensures that Vista customers can benefit from immediate support, anytime between 8.30am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday on a standard rate telephone number.

Mark Pritchard, Divisional Director – Vista, comments: “We’ve listened to the feedback from our customers and have introduced a much simpler process and a standard rate line.
