Norbain launches upgraded Entrowatch

Reading, Berkshire

At the beginnng of February Norbain launched Remsdaq’s latest version of the company's multi-award winning Entrowatch access control system.

According to Norbain Entrowatch continues to break new ground in the licence-free security management market and now includes many new features.

The latest additional features to be supported by the solution include an easy set-up wizard with automatic equipment discovery, and it now supports the new Entrostar DUO 1 or 2 door PoE door controllers.  There is automatic reader credential detection and configuration for easy enrolment, plus the new version is compliant with ONVIF Profile S video client, discover and stream cameras.

This latest offering from Remsdaq allows for comprehensive, global anti-passback management, up to 10 client machines (concurrent connections), automatic and scheduled trigger and action and global lockdown.  Users can also benefit from additional features such as holiday manager, negative access rules and DHCP or fixed IP addresses.

The addition of French and Portuguese language support also make this latest version more accessible to various other markets.

Entrowatch is thought to be the world’s first licence-free access control system to use a Windows 8 style dashboard management and control display. This innovation means any menu is a maximum of 2 clicks away. Automatic hardware discovery and set-up wizard make Entrowatch the simple and effective system to deploy.
