smarti® is a complete access control and time & attendance solution based on multimodal biometrics using face/mimic and voice recognition.
Based on pre-recorded biometric samples it recognises a person and then acts according to predefined instructions. It can register an event with a digital photo of an individual, unlock the door, turn on the light send an SMS or an e-mail to someone (administrator, manager, chief security officer.) etc.
People can easily be assigned access privileges and time restrained schedules. Everything is recorded; events with an exact date, hour and photo are saved in the database and custom reports can be generated and printed out. Video messages can also be sent; at the moment the addressee is recognised, the message will be played to them.
Alongside the biometric recognition feature, the system offers the usage of PIN codes, which can be entered directly over the touch screen. Real-time video surveillance is also possible over LAN (Local Area Network).
The main advantage of this great product is the integration of multiple additional features like video messaging, video intercom, video surveillance and video phone into one compact device for a reasonable price. smarti® is also completely protocol independent and can therefore be used to control almost any kind of I/O device (electronic locks, lights, alarm systems, finger print scanners, magnetic card readers...).
The new Outdoor unit is IP65 compliant, has an aluminium front casing, is in-wall or on-wall mountable, and is equipped with an 8" colour touch screen, integrated camera, a built in LED light, motion detector, microphone, speakers, central processing unit, built in storage, internal memory, communication ports and a relay I/O controller.
The new Spot unit has the same design as the Outdoor unit, it is IP65 compliant but is supplied without the central processing unit, built in storage and internal memory allowing customers greater flexibility and cost effectiveness.
