For many customers, using professional monitoring isn’t perceived as essential, preferring to receive such information direct on their phones.

Mescom keeps users informed in real time via customised text messages direct to their phone no matter where the user is in the world. The text message remains on the phone until the user decides to erase it, or can easily be forwarded to others to action.

Any alarm condition, intruder, personal attack, fire or open/close will immediately be sent to a mobile phone (up to a maximum of 4), leaving the recipient to decide what action to take.

Mescom’s ability to remotely switch electrical devices is an added benefit as it enables a householder to turn on/off lights, to open or close electric gates or doors and to control a whole host of other electrical devices (subject to the relevant interface), all from a mobile phone.
