Looking in more detail at the previous positions held by Dean, both from a management and engineering perspective, these range from senior engineer and engineering manager to, most recently, general manager. Significantly, all of these roles were held in businesses focused, primarily, on the installation of fire and security systems. This installation background has given Dean an invaluable insight, from a customer perspective, into Elmdene's industry-leading solutions and, in fact, he has been a consistent user of Elmdene's PSUs (Power Supply Units) throughout his career.

Moving ahead, in his role as one of Elmdene's Regional Sales Managers, Dean is now to be responsible for working closely on a day-to-day basis with distributors and other customers across the South of England and Wales - two major UK markets for Elmdene. With this in mind, he will be looking to identify and meet customer requirements, drive-up sales, and, crucially, to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with the company's latest product developments.
