As energy costs rise and sustainability goals intensify, organisations across many industries are seeking smarter ways to monitor and optimise facility-wide energy usage.

As a leader in advanced, user-friendly network technologies that support IoT, IIoT, and AIoT intelligent network infrastructures, Planet has launched its new AI‑Driven Intelligent Energy Management Solution to meet this demand by combining AI‑powered energy optimisation with a unified network management platform to help reduce energy waste and enhance overall operational efficiency.

AI Intelligent Energy Management Solutions

Utilising intelligent insights by AI to conduct analysis and predictions, the solution can identify energy usage patterns to perform optimization, forecast future energy load with AI machine learning, identify anomalies to enable onsite investigation, and provide a comprehensive ESG report with historical analysis and data comparisons.

The solution efficiently combines OT and IT networking infrastructure to easily collect data using a comprehensive line of Planet environmental LoRaWAN sensors (LN Series) and Industrial LoRaWAN IoT Gateways (LCG-300 Series). The data is analysed by the AI-driven centralised management (NMS-AIoT) to determine optimal actions to help increase energy saving, reduce waste, and produce ESG reports. The management system also provides real-time data to all connected devices and sends instant alerts when it detects any anomalies. The solution unifies a diverse set of network protocols, including LoRaWAN, HaLow, Modbus TCP, PDU, and more.

Planet has won numerous awards and recognitions, including multiple Taiwan Excellence Awards, and was listed in the Forbes Asia 200 Best Under a Billion. At the upcoming Computex event at the beginning of June in Taipei, Planet plans to showcase its latest AI Intelligent Energy Management Solution and other advanced networking solutions to enhance smart cities, smart manufacturing, intelligent transportation systems, and more.
