Egor Lefter, who joined the company in 2020 as a Sales Engineer and most recently served as Technical Sales Manager for Canada, will take over as Senior Solutions Architect for North America where he will be responsible for strategically developing and planning solutions to fit within a variety of customer environments. Prior to joining ISS, Lefter worked for five years as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Honeywell.

“I joined ISS during the pandemic, which was a difficult time for the entire world, but from day one I was impressed by our company culture and the outstanding people around me. Working in such an environment drove me to go above and beyond when it comes to delivering on customer expectations,” said Lefter. “I’m excited about this new opportunity to apply my skills and experience on a larger scale and deliver our unique solutions to even more customer across North America.”

“We are happy to have a security and technology expert such as Egor on our team,” said Eugene Beytenbrod, Global Director of Engineering at ISS. “He has been a great asset to our Canada business over the last few years and I am excited about his growth in the company.”

Natalia Padilla, who is based in Latin America (LATAM) and joined ISS in 2019 as the company’s Americas Administrative Manager, is moving to the newly created position of Head of Inside Sales where she will be responsible for facilitating project quotes, software maintenance agreements (SMAs), new accounts, order processing, as well as hardware procurement and logistics.

“Being a part of ISS has been an exciting challenge. I have witnessed the company’s growth first-hand since I joined, and I am proud to be part of this amazing team,” said Padilla. “The plans for North America are ambitious and I am excited to contribute from what I have applied and learned in LATAM to the company’s overall growth and this team of rockstars.”

“Natalia helped build the internal order processing and procurement processes for the company and I’m proud to enable our North American colleagues with experienced team members that will improve the customer experience,” said ISS Chief Operations Officer Daniel Mariño.

Matt Powell, Managing Director of North America at ISS, added that Padilla’s organisational and industry experience will be invaluable as the company continues to build out its North American team.

“Bringing lessons learned forward as organisations grow and evolve into new markets can be challenging,” he said. “Natalia’s experience in our organisation on an international level, combined with her understanding of our North American partners and clients, will bolster our team as we continue to grow.”

Lefter will report to Beytenbrod, while Padilla will report to Powell. Both promotions are effective immediately.
