Convergint gains Minnesota state contract listing

Chicago, Il

Convergint has recently been awarded the Electronic Premises Security Contract #184427 by the Minnesota Office of State Procurement.

This contract is for use by all city, state, county, higher education, and K-12 schools organisations in the state of Minnesota. Leveraging this contract allows customers to save time and money on products and services purchased through Convergint.

This Convergint Purchasing Contract allows clients to be provided with a trusted partnership for system design and support, gain competitive pricing and partake in an efficient purchasing process.

City, county, and state agencies can take advantage of contract vehicles to obtain the latest in innovative technology at low prices to increase overall safety and security. The right products increase efficiency and improve operations.

State and local agencies frequently do not have the same budgets as many private companies, so they are not able to buy new products and services when they first come out. As a result, they often end up with older technology that is far less effective. These contracts are the best way for agencies to take advantage of low pricing to get critical, cutting-edge security, fire alarm & life safety, and cyber security tools.

The contract applies to video surveillance systems; digital transformation; election access control; fire & life safety; cyber security; intrusion detection; perimeter protection; identity management; license plate recognition; and, mass notification.
