This marks the second time Tina has been honoured on the list, which celebrates women who are breaking barriers, advancing new technologies and serving as role models for the next generation of security leaders.
Tina has led Alcatraz’s growth, positioning the company as a driving force in access control. Over the past year, the company has achieved a 200% year-over-year increase in new enterprise customers, more than fivefold expansion across Fortune 500 deployments and over 300% year-over-year growth in data center adoption. Today, Alcatraz protects more than five million employees worldwide across major company campuses, data centers powering the world’s largest AI firms, financial institutions, stadiums and other critical infrastructure.
Under her leadership, the company has expanded key partnerships and driven incredible innovation. The company is using technology to tackle one of the industry’s biggest challenges: tailgating. New depth-model technology embedded directly into its Rock devices improves unauthorised entry detection without adding friction for authorised users.
Tina was also recently appointed the Co-Chair of the Bay Area Council’s Public Safety Committee, where she advances public-private initiatives to modernise physical security infrastructure. She is also a member of the Biometric Institute, underscoring her commitment to advancing biometric innovation with integrity, accountability and trust.
