Originally established in 2014, Inspiring Workplaces believe in recognising forward-thinking and people-first organisations that are inspiring positive change in the world. The organisations are judged by a panel of experts based on six criteria: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing inclusion, communication, and employee experience.

Addsecure's final placement will be announced at a gala in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London on May 11, 2023.

Addsecure has previously been awarded a bronze medal in the Swedish Championships in Employer Branding (Magnet Awards) in the international class for their "One company, one culture" programme, and named “Excellent Employer” three years in a row by Swedish Nyckeltalsinstitutet.
