Closing of the acquisition follows the announcement on September 10, 2020 of the intention to acquire Alerta, and Finnish governmental approval of the business transfer agreement.

The Alerta offering comprises solutions that enable secure alarm transmission and remote management of multiple systems targeted at the public sector and private companies. With the team and services onboard AddSecure has reinforced its platform for further growth and expansion.

Customers will experience no interruption in their alarm monitoring service, and none of the changes associated with the transition will affect the operation of the alarm systems.

Alerta’s 19 employees will transfer to AddSecure with the closing of the acquisition.
