Iloq enters partnership with residential specialist

Espoo, Finland

Iloq has signed a framework agreement with the Domus Arctica Foundation (DAS). With the signing of the agreement and extensive cooperation, the Domus Arctica Foundation will be better equipped to provide their properties with Iloq's unique digital locking and access management solutions. The cooperation agreement will remain in force for an initial period until the end of 2025.

“We are delighted with the start of our cooperation. Thanks to Iloq’s solution, DAS will be able to manage tenants' individual access rights to different parts of our properties. We have already installed Iloq S10 in four of our locations and in the future, we will switch to the S5 system. The newly launched Iloq S5 system enables intelligent two-way communication between all Iloq S5 products. This allows, for example, the remote removal of lost keys so that the system remains always up to date. Access can be granted separately to common leisure facilities, laundry rooms, bicycle warehouses, garages, and, of course, sauna departments that are important to students. All necessary access rights can be programmed onto the same key that the student uses to open the door of their apartment,” explains Kirsti Saviaro, Executive Director, DAS.

“For us, this is an important agreement and yet another demonstration of how significant customer benefits can be achieved now and in the future through digitalisation. We are very pleased to be able to deepen our collaboration with DAS,” states Toni Päivinen, Sales Director, Iloq Finland.

Iloq will continue to work even more closely with DAS in relation to the installation of standalone, digital locking and access control solutions for DAS-built student housing. Iloq’s solutions are also ideal when the time comes to replace mechanical locks on older buildings. The agreement aims to deepen collaboration between Iloq and DAS, and will bring Iloq's self-locking and access control solutions to more and more people.
