The Civintec Utouch terminal is an advanced high-security access controller that can successfully avoid or eliminate most shortcomings by incorporating new technology and features with security enhancements.

As it is embedded with Desfire EV1/EV2 with Des/3Des/AES encryption and one (or more) ISO7816 SAM slots, it will allow the encryption of system data to avoid unauthorised duplication of its system smart cards. The solution, using biometric identification technology which supports ISO19794-2, ANSI 378 template and 256-bit AES fingerprint data encryption, guarantees the true identity of authorised persons. With a high-resolution auto-focus camera, the system can also record all the images of people at entering the premises. The terminal also features tamper protection together with an SMS message notification, which ensures that when such an event occurs, an alarm will be sent via a short message to notify relevant persons in real time.

As it is embedded with Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) and equipped with TCP/IP, Wifi 4G, the Utouch solution supports advanced and flexible communication protocols for high security.

Civintec will be presenting the new generation of Utouch terminals at ISC West 2018, in Las Vegas this coming April.
