This lightweight and compact unit is just 180x120x34 mm and weighs 1.2kg. It features a 5.6" LCD screen that is scratch and glare proof with a resolution of 320x234 pixels enabling it to be clearly viewed in all light conditions. It offers BNC and audio inputs/outputs and has a test pattern generator that offers a full range of colour bar, cross hatch, RGB and dot routines to check cable runs for mains hum and interference before connecting cameras, DVRs, etc.
Vigilant Vision's new Test Monitor is highly portable and is supplied with a travel case and carry strap enabling it to be safely used hands-free during installations or system testing. It is powered by a long lasting Li-Poly battery that can be recharged from the mains or by using the supplied 12V DC in-car charger.
