Telexper hybrid DVR bridges the gap between analogue and IP surveillance

Taipei, Taiwan

Telexper Incorporated, established security surveillance manufacturers since 1992, recently announced their new series of hybrid DVR, 'nhybrid'-series, as an ideal bridge solution for analogue security cameras and surveillance systems to easily combine with IP surveillance technology.
The Telexper hybrid DVRs namely the 'nhybrid' series are available in 16-, 32-, and 48-channel models. There are 16 BNC sockets at the rear termination of each DVR for up to 16channels of analogue security cameras. Upon retirement of the existing analogue security cameras, the hybrid DVR can be extended to up to 48 IP security cameras. This not only enables those existing analogue security systems to be upgraded for IP security surveillance, but also to integrate the digital IP security cameras in the same system.

The 'nHybrid' DVR has been pre-installed the proprietary Telexper CMS software for user-friendly in operation and system setup. It has been built-in H.264 and MJPEG dual video codec in compression for the concerns of both transmission efficiency and recording assurance.

For varying ethernet environments, the Telexper hybrid DVRs support both static IP as well as dynamic IP. The DVRs are offered with video analytic software built-in for advanced applications without adding any costs. If required text insertion from external devices, such as POS or ATM, the 'nhybrid'-series DVRs are optionally available with a 'redundant REC' function as an order option.

The hybrid DVR will automatically detect the linked IP devices for system management and remote monitoring. For ease of convenience for the shop or business owners as well as for the security supervisors, these hybrid DVRs allow multiple viewers from remote sites. To fulfill different requirements of IP security surveillance, with the 'nhybrid'-series DVRs, Telexper also offers 'nvs' -- network video servers, 'nmd' -- network matrix decoders, 'ncam' -- network day/night PoE cameras, 'ncs' --network CMS software up to 48ch, and 'nhub' -- the Gigabites PoE hub as options for various system project applications.
