Single channel small car mobile DVR

ET&T, a DVR manufacturer specialising in the security video system for vehicles market since 1992, has released the latest single channel mini car DVR, ETSA-661. It is a compact and mobile DVR with full D1 resolution for vehicle and covert applications. Developed using a Linux embedded system, the ETSA-661 provides a high level of reliability and is simple to operate.
The ETSA-661 one channel (1ch) mini recorder is a reliable, cost-effective and compact size DVR that supports and reproduces video archieves in full D1 resolution. It is robust as a covert surveillance device with low power consumption and available for car, spying or security applications.

For various applications, users can choose to use SDHC card or HDD for storage in the ETSA-661 car DVR. If the DVR is installed in a car, the SSD will be recommended in first option. However, if a long duration of recording is in major concern to an application, the HDD device will be the best choice. Other than continuous recording, ETSA-661 also supports to take snapshot; this convenient feature allows users to take photos momentarily in case of any demands.

This mini recorder is designed in mini-Din connector with security lock; this is to avoid the cable connection to the DVR easily loosen or disconnected due to the vibration during car driving. The ETSA-661 is able to output 12V power to one camera to minimize the wiring and installation costs. With a built in Li-polymer battery cell, the 1ch car DVR can still in operqation and keep the video files in secure by the backup battery when the car engine is shut down.
