Due to the effect of the economic crisis, used products have become more and more popular and therefore, in order to protect all the properties equipped inside of the company, SEHO Industry Co. decided to install a new IP-based security system to prevent any possible illegal activities, such as thefts or robberies, which are very likely to happen in a recession time like now.

ACTi offers SEHO Industry Co. a platform to manage its security control. The company building is protected by a brand new IP surveillance system developed with ACTi Unified Solution. Two pieces of ACM-1231, bullet-type Megapixel IP camera, are installed at the entrance doors to enable the security guard of SEHO Industry to keep in track of all visitors entering the building. Clear-image videos are highly demanded, especially at the night time when the light condition is extremely poor. The reason that ACM-1231 is deployed is due to the strong feature of Mechanical IP cut filter and IR LED equipped with this model, which will ensure 1.3 Megapixel resolution at both Day & Night Modes. As for indoor environment such as lobby, ACM-3211 IP IR Eyeball Fixed Dome is mounted on the ceiling or walls to provide detailed monitoring view.

Full functions of ACTi NVR Software is another attraction for SEHO Industry Co.. One of the important features requested by SEHO Industry Co. was remote monitoring and remote control. As can be seen from the solution architecture diagram, there are a few remote sites. Therefore, the security guards can manage and monitor all cameras through ACTi NVR workstation and the company owner or any authorized user can link to NVR server via ACTi NVR web client to do 24-hours live monitoring.

The 1st phase installation was completed in Dec 2008. The 2nd phase will install another 19pcs ACM-3211 and 2pcs ACD-2100. The whole project will be completed in June 2009.
