The RAC-2000PN supports read card and read card with password entry modes. It features a blacklist characteristic to prevent unknown usage of a lost card, a duress code, and an anti-passback function. It is offered with a complete SDK for customers to develop their own localised AP.

The RAC-2000PN also supports Hundure's HCMS to integrate with the Vivotek system. Under this system integration, when the user swipes his access card or the system is triggered by an event of alerts, the HCMS system will call a Vivotek camera to take video images or a snapshot and send to the Vivotek NVR system, VAST, or to record the access alert as an event.
