Qihan to launch QH-X HD cameras

Shenzhen, China

Qihanhas launched a series of pioneering full-featured network cameras. Named as the "Diamond" HD network camera (QH-X) series, according to Qihan, due to the quality and system performance and is yet cost-effective to respond to the expectations from markets worldwide.

The new Diamond series adopts the latest Grain Media master chipset solution matched with several professional security image sensors, enabling the Qihan QH-X series network cameras to support comprehensive HD resolutions of 720P, 960P,1080P and up to 4K.

In unusual lighting environments, such as exit routes with strong backlighting, emergency stairways and so on, where the lighting conditions may vary dramatically from time to time, the Qihan "Diamond” HD network cameras feature WDR technology which will tune images to give clear pictures with more detail without saturation from the bright light source behind.  The object in front of the backlight will be shown clearly and in true colour. This new series of HD network cameras have been engineered to ensure each picture taken is clear for both display and recording.

The new Qihan QH-X network cameras have been designed, according to the company, with an outstanding IR mechanism.  Each of the cameras has built in LED lamps and is equipped with a high level IR-cut filter to automatically switch between day and night modes and effectively avoid the infrared light that may lead to colour distortion.

This Qihan Diamond QH-X series of HD network cameras supports start-light illumination as low as 0.003Lux, allowing this series of cameras to perform with B/W (black-and-white) video imaging in low illumination conditions. Qihan "Diamond" network cameras are designed to reproduce crystal clear video in all conditions 24/7.
