The TW-300 includes four high quality NTSC/PAL video decoders that convert analogue composites video signals to digital data. It is also built in an audio codec for four channels of audio analogue-to-digital conversion. The TW-300 provides an H.264 hardware encoder to encode the data streams for storage; so that the recording period may be extended.

The TW-300 has 4 channel real-time D1 encoders/decoders that reproduce high quality audio and video on a powerful single chipset at 120/100fps, dual streaming. The TW-300 PCI card is compatible with Provideo's IO card, PV-154. The software for the TW-300 can be operated with Win XP/Vista & 7 Driver (WDM Interface) and Linux OS.
