Kasper Boel Rousoe has been employed as of June 1st as Chief Financial Officer at Milestone Systems headquarters in Denmark. Kasper has extensive international experience in the IT and finance industries, coming from recent positions as Finance Director & CFO EMEA at Lenovo and CFO Personal Computing Nordic Region at IBM.

At Milestone Systems Rousoe will be accountable for the financial operations, in addition to the overall responsibility for the company's Human Resources group. Among other things, he will emphasize a focus on maximizing internal processes to further develop the already vigorous performance culture in Milestone Systems.

Rousoe's career has given him expertise in strategic as well as operational planning, implementing process improvements and focusing on cost efficiencies. He also has years of experience in streamlining strategic business plans. At Milestone Systems Rousoe will work towards even better collaborations between departments and facilities.
