With Guru, technicians enjoy access to an interactive knowledge database for March Networks IP cameras and 4000 C Series hybrid video recorders via their mobile device.

The application allows them to quickly browse through and access multiple video tutorials to find exactly the information they need to troubleshoot and resolve a specific product issue. They can also check product warranty and return material authorization (RMA) shipment status on the spot to better determine next steps. The app also allows them to duplicate the LEDs displaying on their March Networks recorder to get instant diagnostic information.

Currently compatible with Iphones and Ipads, the company says that a version of Guru for Android devices will also be released before the end of 2012.
