In addition to the standard English version, OnGuard applications are now available in Arabic, Chinese Simplified, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.

Chinese Traditional and Korean language packs are slated for release within the month. The language packs are available free of charge to OnGuard authorized value-added resellers and system users who request them. They are release-specific and can be dynamically downloaded from Lenel's online customer self-service center.

Consultants, resellers and users may also obtain a CSI-formatted OnGuard generic specifications document in any of 14 languages, including Arabic, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Dutch, English, French, German, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.

Lenel plans to offer language packs within three months after each major product release. Language packs for the OnGuard 2006 technology update (release 5.12.110) will be made available in the third quarter of this year.
