Kguard releases NVR & 960P HD IP camera kits

Taipei, Taiwan

Kguard Security, a DIY security system company for home and small business, is introducing its latest technology with the "Mars" series network video recorder (NVR) system.
The system includes 2 or 4 different model IP cameras and all the necessary accessories. Customers buying this package will install their own surveillance solution in order to save money and time.

Compared to other consumer IP cameras and professional NVR systems, the Kguard's Mars series provides similar features but at an economical price point and it is designed to be easy to use.

Only 3 simple steps are required to complete setup with the user's smartphone and tablet. Just connect the NVR to the internet, download the new “Kview” app (offered free of charge) and use the mobile device to scan the QR code on the NVR. Once the scan is complete, the user will be able to use his device to view the premises, when ever and where ever he goes.

The series has built in Power over Ethernet (PoE) for convenient installation. The cameras connect to the NVR with a standard Ethernet cable of up to 100 metres, allowing a single cable to provide electrical power and data transaction.

The Mars series is equipped with 2 or 4 units of 960P (1280X960, 1.3M) indoor/outdoor IP cameras. The resolution of the camera is engineered to be 433% higher than D1 security cameras. The camera also provides two different viewing angles for use in different areas and also allows customers to identify license plates or people’s faces.

In addition, the series supports “Dropbox” and full HD output which is displayed in 1080p standard, providing excellent HD videos and images on HDTV at home or at business area. This feature allows the user to store important images onto “Dropbox” and without worrying about missing footage or loss of data.

“People want to buy highly advanced security products to protect their loved ones and property. The Mars series has all these advanced features, but at an affordable price for our customers.” said Mr. Jonathan Wu, General Manager, Kguard Security.
