Jablotron launches three new products

Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic

Jablotron have added three new products to their portfolio, the GR-Basic, the BP12-18 power supply unit and the PLV-CP-M/PLV-CP-L housings.
The GR-Basic (Granny) is an oversized telephone with a built-in panic button designed for the elderly or infirm. The Granny kit contains a large mobile phone and a personal help button. The phone has a large display and big buttons, which is ideal for those that have poor vision. It looks and behaves like a standard desktop phone but works like a mobile phone. When the help button is pressed the phone immediately calls and/or texts predefined „rescue“ numbers (which can be phone numbers of family members, neighbours, doctors or carers). This means that seniors can stay in their home environment as long as possible without worrying they will be without help in the case of an accident or health problem. The kit can be extended by a smoke detector or a wall button that can be placed near a bed or in the bathroom.

The latest BP12-18 universal backup power supply serves for power powering up device which need 12V DC. The PLV-JA-83K box is recommended for back-up batteries with capacities of 7 Ah - 18 Ah (a capacity of up to 26 Ah can be used with an external box).

The PLV-CP-M/PLV-CP-L are spare control panel housings, which can be used to house control panels and other additonal equipment such as the BP12-18 power supply above. There are two basic dimensions the PLV-CP-M is a medium sized enclosure and the PLV-CP-L is the larger housing.
