Intersec show strengthens Fermax market position in the U.A.E

The recent Intersec Dubai show was the venue chosen by Fermax to present their latest new developments. Their technologically advanced and aesthetically attractive products were very well received in Dubai and have helped to secure interesting contracts and strengthen the commercial ties for the Spanish manufacturer in the area.
Fermax selected Intersec to introduce a new family of video entry terminals that the company is developing, with the official market launch scheduled for later this year.

The newly revealed products consist of a high-performance slim monitor with capacitive buttons and a 7 or 3,5 inch screen designed for all types of homes and premises, providing them with a mid-high range image focused on interior design. In addition the company presented the Lynx, an IP video door entry system along with the Vivo monitor, an exclusive terminal featuring a capacitive screen and cutting-edge design interface. The company will reveal more information on these developments at the forthcoming international trade shows in the spring.

According to the company, attending the Dubai Fair, with its enormous commercial appeal resulted in an overall success for Fermax. Here were the leading experts in security from the Middle East, North Africa, Russia and its satellite countries and India. In total more than 22,000 professional visitors from 50 countries among which Fermax had a twofold objective: meeting the area’s trading partners to strengthen relationships and establishing new contacts.

The closure of large orders for projects in the area shows that the expectations were fulfilled. Fermax was represented at the Dubai Fair by Sergio Maestre, Jeremy Palacio and Ricardo Ebri, from the international trade team and along with them were Milind Kalushte, Mathews Chandy and Jehangir Postwalla, Fermax representatives in the region.

In addition to acting as hosts at the fair, the working group hosted a dinner for all trading partners at the Al Qasr, where Sergio Maestre, International Sales Director, honoured the YAAC Company from Yemen. This company’s CEO received a plaque identifying them as the leading trading partner for Fermax in the Middle East in 2011.

Fermax has been working in the area out of Bahrain and Dubai and will continue to reinforce its presence in an area where the security sector is an important factor and significant growth is expected for the coming years.
