Every invention and new product at INPEX is eligible to participate in the INPEX International Invention Awards Program. Entries are judged by an international jury, with winners determined on the basis of usefulness, creativity and overall appeal.

There were 44 exhibitors from Taiwan, among the others from 15 countries around the world, for the 25th INPEX exhibition in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. There were more than 1000 invention pieces at the show, and delegates from Taiwan won 15 Gold, 14 Silver, and 5 Bronze medals with honour. The winning products are versatile throughout many fields of expertise.

Unitechno Corporation (a.k.a. Trans Pacific Limited) represented the Security and Surveillance field to attend the exhibition with their latest development, the WiFi concealed mirror camera with IR and white light LED series. Their product won a Gold Medal at INPEX.
