Healthcare industry advised to look towards PSIM

Indianapolis, In (USA)

CNL Software will join Ingersoll Rand Healthcare will focus on PSIM in large environments and specific healthcare applications as part of the ISC Premier Education Series today.
The ISC Premier Education Series is a key industry resource for security and network training and education with a curriculum developed in partnership with the industry through the ISC Education Advisory Board. These sessions are conveniently located on the show floor, so you can visit exhibitors, view the New Product Center, and attend courses, all in one location.

The two companies will join forces in a session titled “The Latest in Healthcare: The PSIM Solution”, which will explain why corporate and healthcare organisations should be looking at physical security information management (PSIM) solutions to safeguard patients, staff and assets. The session will cover this emerging technology and why consolidating existing disparate systems such as access control, CCTV, fire and intruder alarms (and other non-security systems) into one integrated decision-based system can make facilities more prepared to face risks and security challenges.

The speakers will include Matthew Kushner, (President, CNL Software) and Scott A. Deininger, (Director, Global Technology Ingersoll Rand Healthcare Practice). The key learning objectives of the session will be to demonstrate how to mitigate an organisation’s risk with a PSIM solution, to identify three benefits of PSIM technology and to determine how the technology can be customised for specific market applications.
