The Griffid Small Business platform is specifically developed to design a video surveillance system in an environment with a limited number of cameras. The application is available in a version for a maximum of four or six cameras. The software platform provides an efficient solution for the SME market to manage a camera system with a limited number of cameras without the need for the full featured Griffid Monitoring Station. Griffid Small Business also has the ability to remotely access live and recorded video streams on PDA.
"The main advantage of Griffid Small Business is the easy installation and user friendly interface to manage the live and recorded images from an alarm receiving center environment. The ability to access the application for alarm verification purposes provides alarm receiving centers the possibility to anticipate on alarm situations", says Ger Neef, Group Product Manager at Maxcom. "Especially in the SME market, where huge demand is expected, we see opportunities for our partners to design tailored product offerings."
"Griffid Small Business gives the possibility to anticipate rapidly on thefts, fraud at the cash registry and other events that are normally not detected", says Edwin Roobol, Sales Director EMEA at Griffid. "The SME market is now able to switch from a DVR based system into a professional fully digital video surveillance system with a limited number of cameras. The system can also be expanded to multiple locations at a later stage and by that protecting the investment in the future."
