Transferred products include the VTR and VCT ranges. This change is designed to strengthen Raytec’s position in the transport lighting sector, and will enable Gardasoft to focus on core markets.

Gardasoft and Raytec are fellow members of the Optex group of companies. Raytec have been designing and manufacturing LED lighting since 2005 and have extensive knowledge of traffic and transport lighting markets. Raytec is known for its high‐quality illuminators and commitment to innovation.

Raytec will also provide post-sales support for products bought from Gardasoft before the transfer.
