First fire, safety and security show for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Protex Arabia is the first trade exhibition focusing on fire, safety and protection to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event will be held over 4 days between the 13-16 March 2011 at the modern international Jeddah Centre for Forums & Events.
The exhibitors will be made up of a broad spectrum of players from the fire, safety or protection equipment industries along with technology or related services, including the commercial, IT and aviation security sectors, homeland security, police fire and rescue and health and safety. The organisers believe there is huge potential to expand business in the area at the show and to generate leads from this event.

Several major projects in the infrastructure and construction sectors that highlight the opportunities for potential business in the region now include,the US$6bn City Centre Development Corporation development of the Makkah-Madinah Railway, the expansion of King Abdulaziz International Airport and the development of the Jeddah Islamic Seaport.

According to the organisers many key players have already committed to exhibiting at the show including Bosch, Cooper Security, Dupont, Firex, Flir, Harco Group, LPG, Rapidrop, Salto Systems, Secutronic, SFFECO and Tdsi.

Visitors willl be able to view special outdoor demonstrations of the latest unmanned drone technology and the even will also include presentations from armoured Hummer manufactures, CCTV, the Police K9 unit and fire services.
