Enforcer to launch wireless video door phone

Seco-Larm, marketing its products and solutions under the trademarks of Enforcer, Crimebuster, CBA, Secopage, Amax, SL, and SLI since 1971, is launching Enforcer's latest wireless video door phone, DP-236Q, for easy installation and wide application.

The Enforcer's wireless video door phone package is a convenient way to monitor and control an entryway such as a door or gate from up to 492 feet (150 metres) away.

The DP-236Q consists of two units--a door camera unit and an indoor wireless monitor phone. The door camera unit is equipped with a CMOS camera module using a 2mm board lens that offers 480TVL with a 120° horizontal field of view (max.). It offers users a choice of  4 programmable doorbell tones.  Its egress input allows the door phone to be connected with a Request-to-Exit plate or other egress device.  The door camera unit has a built-in PIR detector with an effective range of  up to 3 metres at 138°. There are 2 LEDs mounted on the side of its camera to enhance video quality in night mode.  Up to 100 images can be stored in the device memory. The door camera unit is compact (144x80x60 mm with bracket, 122g) and compliant with IP55 rated standards for outdoor use.

The wireless monitor unit is equipped with a 3-3/8" (86mm) TFT monitor screen and is designed to be portable. It includes a docking station which holds the monitor upright while also serving as a charging station for the unit. The unit’s rechargeable battery and its portable design allows for convenient communication with visitors while moving around the premises.  The system supports up to 2 additional monitors (#DP-236-MQ, available separately) in addition to the one included.

The DP-236Q  brings an effective level of convenience and security to homeowners. When a guest or visitor presses the call button on the door camera unit, the homeowner is alerted and can then easily and conveniently use one of the lightweight handheld wireless monitorphones (maximum ofmonitor phonesin a system) to seethe personwho is requesting entry,speakwith the caller, take a photo, and decide whether to grant entry or not.The door or gate can then be opened with a simple push of a button on the monitor unit.
