Duran Audio gains support in North America

Zaltbommel, The Netherlands

Duran Audio BV has appointed Keith Caggiano to take on the role of customer support for North America and he will be working closely with Duran Audio's International Sales and Business Development Managers to further develop the company's business in the region.
Keith comes to Duran Audio after a successful career as a Broadway sound designer and already has a detailed knowledge of the company’s products.

In addition to offering support to sound designers and rental shops Keith will also be using his years of sound system experience to offer design and commissioning support to Axys Intellivox customers.

“I can’t wait to get started!” commented Caggiano “Having worked with Axys loudspeakers in theatre I had always appreciated that Duran Audio made some great sounding products but after working for Duran at Infocomm2013 in Orlando and my training workshop at Duran Audio’s R&D facility in The Netherlands I now appreciate what a wealth of knowledge and potential there is within the organisation. Intellivox has always been a strong brand in North America with installations dating back to the mid 1990’s and I am looking forward to working with the Duran team to ensure that we build an even bigger market presence with Intellivox and also introduce more customers to the Axys Sound Reinforcement, Target and ABF products”.

“Since Duran Audio established its direct distribution business in September 2012 it has experienced significant growth”, commented Max Lindsay-Johnson the company’s International Sales Manager "the acceptance of the US customers in dealing directly with the manufacturer has had in immensely positive effect on our business. It certainly seems that having access to the factory technical support/design team has led to a significant confidence boost in contractors wanting to seek more challenging installations. With Keith now being in place we have further strengthened our technical/design support resources."
