DResearch has now extended its product range in the field of video surveillance to include a further, significant component: the TeleObserver MR3040 is designed as a professional industrial recorder for stationary and mobile use and incorporates completely new technology which has been registered for patent.
The system is used for the video surveillance of lifts, entrance areas, filling stations and industrial units. The new TeleObserver is also ideal for mobile operation in vehicles and on ships. It
is extremely robust, works fanless and consumes minimal electricity.
Thanks to state-of-the-art digital compression technology, the MR3040 stores video images in brilliant quality. For criminals filmed in their activities there is a strong increase in the risk of being identified and convicted. In public transport vehicles scratchers and sprayers run the risk of being recognised and brought to justice. The deterrent effect increases dramatically; as a result of which there is a drop in vandalism of up to 70 percent in buses and trains with surveillance systems.
The MR3040 can be converted for the mobile transmission of live images via UMTS or network at any time. It is a valuable aid in the transportation of valuables and hazardous goods, in emergency vehicles of the police and fire service as well as in disaster control. The bidirectional connection via UMTS not only provides the control centre with live images of the scene, it
also opens up the possibility to perform remote service and maintenance of the mobile systems. Equipped with a satellite modem, the MR3040 can also supply shipping companies with live images from ocean-going ships.
The MR3040 is characterised by outstanding value for money, it is certified by the German Federal Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Drivers and the Germanischer Lloyd, as well as being tested in accordance with rail standard EN50155.
