The DLC640/DLD640 uncooled microbolometer infrared FPA detectors measure 640×480mm in size and have a pixel pitch of 25μm in the DLC640 and 17μm in the DLD640.  Both are made of an amorphous silicon material. They will generate various resolutions based on the response of the heat (temperature) difference.  They are designed to have a stable performance within a temperature range of -40℃ to +60℃ with a power consumption of ≤300mW.  The uncooled microbolometer infrared FPA detectors feature low thermal noise and are engineered with nonuniformity. 

Both uncooled microbolometer infrared FPA detectors are fully researched and developed by Dali and have the advantages of high resolution, high sensitivity, low fixed pattern noise and fast response. These detector modules are manufactured in standard MIL STD810/813 and have been in mass production and, according to Dali are already deployed in various different industries by leading players.
