Jörgen Strömberg has served on the Cryptzone board for four years, so he knows the business intimately. He has 20 years' experience within the IT industry, both in Sweden and internationally, with a career that includes 7 years as the CEO of Check Point Software in Sweden.

Over the last three years Cryptzone has experienced phenomenal growth, integrating five companies into one through a series of acquisitions, tripling its staff now based in offices on four continents. The Board has decided that to accomplish the next phase of Cryptzone's business development plan, the tasks of administrative management and operational management should be split into two roles.

Jörgen Strömberg is appointed as CEO with overall responsibility for corporate governance, finance and administration of Cryptzone, a publically listed company. Peter Davin becomes COO reporting directly to the CEO. Peter's role will focus on operational activities with an emphasis on further developing sales and marketing.
