China-Vision and Elko to exhibit at Cartes 2008

At the Smart Card show Cartes 2008 held in Paris , France from Nov. 4-6, China -Vision will present its full series of product, including desktop reader, handheld reader, access control and T/A System, the technology involves Mifare ( read/write, read only, and DESFire ), EM, and combination with biometrics, all of which have a wide range of application, like AFIS, driving license, social card, ID card management, public transportation; and access control, time attendance parking, etc.
China-Vision will present the recently launched anti-vandal dual access control & time attendance system, as well as their updated electric epoxy potted blue LCD and other new features for existing products. The anti-vandal system supports Mifare, Mifare DESFire or EM technology and is suitable for harsh environments. The system can work under stand-alone mode or network mode by RS485 or build-in TCP/IP; excellent and reliable range performance.
Mifare DESFire technology provides the high security solutions. It features mutual three pass authentication, flexible and self-securing file system, and hardware DES/3DES Data encryption on RF-channel with replay attack protection using 56/112 bit Keys featuring key versioning, as will as authentication on Application level.
