During the interview, Planet provided a brief overview of their company and a track record of distinction with numerous awards of the company, their products, and their role in social responsibility.

In their presentation at the occasion, they highlighted the Planet product portfolio and their strategy in building long-term and strategic partnerships. Sharing their success stories such as the case of Chilean Miners Rescue and details of their products including IP cameras, fibre and VDSL2 media converters won a positive and impressive response from the group of media visitors. At the end of the session Planet expressed their committment to becoming a better corporate citizen by developing more eco-friendly and energy-saving products which also gained a positive appraisal from the interviewing delegation.

The interview opportunity was arranged by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council. The Council intends to promote competitive industries and quality products from Taiwan and to enhance the value of the Taiwan business concept and corporate image. Planet has received the Taiwan Excellence Award, a prize that was both founded and organized by the Council. Through the interactive session, the officials believed, that Planet achieved its purpose - to present the company as a competitive IP-based networking manufacturer and business with cutting-edge technology and a brand value as well as gaining world recognition.
