Airlive's smallest night vision vandal IP dome

Taipei, Taiwan

Airlive, the Ovislink Corp. Brand in IP surveillance has officially released its latest and smallest vandal dome IP camera, MD-3025.

The MD-3025 is a 3 megapixel mini dome camera with vandal proof housing. It is of108mm in diameter and 62mm in height, which is only about half the size of a standard dome camera. The small size makes it much less discernible for intruders. While they try not to be captured by other obvious cameras, they cannot escape from the monitor of MD-3025. Thus, retail stores, restaurants or supermarkets can expect a better surveillance of burglary.

What’s more, this camera has IK10 certified vandal proof housing. It can withstand malicious attack. So, it also suits crime-prone places such as banks, ATM, or casinos.

"MD-3025 is the world’s smallest dome with night vision. It is equipped with infrared LEDs and removable IR-Cut Filter." expressed by Ovislink Corp.   Due to technical limitations, most mini dome cameras do not have infrared LEDs and IR-Cut Filter. However, Airlive succeeds in installing these inside the mini camera. IR LEDs provides night vision capability up to 15m working distance. They are helpful in recording at night, or anywhere without sufficient light. Besides, removable IR- Cut Filter can adjust itself automatically to filter IR by day, preventing the images from being red-tinted. Objects can thus retain their true color in pictures. Infrared LEDs and IR-Cut Filter work together to ensure excellent 24hr day/night indoor/outdoor surveillance.

Small as it is, MD-3025 offers you broader view than other dome cameras. It has 2.6mm (f/1.6) ultra wide angle lens. Its FOV reaches 160゚(D), 105゚(H), 72゚(V). With the wider angle of view, it covers more objects on the scene. Viewers can thus have larger recording image. What’s better, it can be manually panned between 0~350° and tilted between 53~106°, which brings different corner of the place under your control.

In order to enhance the image, 1/2.5" 5 MP CMOS Sensor and Clear Motion Technology are adopted. 1/2.5" 5MP CMOS Sensor images with more grains, so the pictures will be more delicate. As for Clear Motion Technology, it is developed by Airlive to minimize motion blur happening to moving objects. With this technology, next time when you need a snapshot of past video recording, you will have a clear capture instead of a disappointing blur one.
