Airlive introduces new dome IP camera with night vision
Taipei, Taiwan
The Airlive POE-280HD dome camera has a microSD card slot through which the user is able to record images when, for some reason, the camera may be cut off from the main network connection. Wires are centered and organised in the panel, making the installation process smooth and uncomplicated. Network features such as streaming H.264, PoE (Power over Ethernet) and ONVIF compliance allow for the device to be installed in various different indoor environments.
The high-performance H.264 video compression standard, which is characterised by a greater compression ratio compared to Motion-JPEG or MPEG-4, drastically reduces the file size which results in less network traffic. With up to 90% reduction in file size, a 1Mb image can be drastically reduced to as low as 10Kb using H.264 compression.
For larger projects, the installer could select the software, Campro Professional, an intelligent surveillance system that was designed in response to customer demand for specific functions and characteristics for professional installations, Based on client / server architecture, Campro Professional provides remote management as soon as the software is installed on the server, allowing it to be managed from anywhere in the world.
In order to support the operation of IP cameras, Airlive works with developers of IPcam viewer. With this functionality the user is able to view images from multiple cameras using a device running Android, Iphone or Ipad.
