Airlive claims POE-2600HD the smallest 2M PTZ IP camera
Taipei, Taiwan
The company is marketing the Airlive POE -2600HD as the world’ s first pan/tilt CMOS IP camera equipped with an automatic removable mechanical IR cut filter and 12 high power infrared LEDs enabling it to cover video footage not only from any angle, but also under any lighting condition.
The Airlive POE -2600HD offers high quality images at a maximum 1920x1080 resolution at 30fps. It comes with 6 times higher resolution compared with most CCTV cameras on the market. One of the most compelling advantages of megapixel surveillance systems is the ability to capture more details in a frame and at the same time not missing any finer details that may be useful for license plate identification or people recognition.
The Airlive POE-2600HD supports H.264 a high performing video compression standard that boasts a much higher compression ratio than MJPEG or MPEG-4, significantly reducing file sizes and conserving valuable network bandwidth and storage space. With up to 90% reduction in file size, a 1 Mb image can be reduced to as low as 10KB using H.264.
The Airlive POE-2600HD also supports Campro Express, the free of charge bundled surveillance software that allows the user to view and record multiple live images at the same time. Using several Airlive POE-2600HD s with Campro Express, the user can easily build up a surveillance system in varying environments.
