ACT enhance technical support team

Sean and Jonathan will be providing hardware and software support over the telephone to installers of ACT equipment. They will also be involved with training installers on ACT products and testing new products prior to release. Michael Moyna, Technical Services and Product Manager, is delighted with the addition of both Sean and Jonathan to the Technical Support team. With the number of ACT access control systems being installed continues to increase the addition of two new team members will facilitate ACT’s aim to further improve the level of customer service offered to clients and the quality of the training courses being delivered.
