Prosero Security continues its expansion in the DACH region with the acquisition of Tessarek Security Systems, a highly reputable security company with headquarters in Braunschweig, Germany.

The move strengthens Prosero’s position in the German market and broadens customer offerings in advanced security solutions for industry and critical infrastructure.

Founded in 2000, Tessarek Security Systems has built a strong market position through integrated security solutions, with a focus on physical safety, for industrial applications, critical infrastructure, and commercial properties. Prosero recently completed its largest-ever acquisition through the addition of Swiss security provider Secusuisse, thus becoming the market leader in Switzerland. With the acquisition of Tessarek Security Systems, Prosero is further increasing its presence in DACH and expanding its current customer offering there.

“Tessarek Security Systems is a well-managed company with a strong market position and significant technical competence. As requirements increase on the protection of critical infrastructure, industrial facilities, and other vital societal functions, we’re seeing growing demand for the type of solutions that Tessarek Security Systems can offer. This acquisition provides us with an additional specialist, which strengthens our collective customer offering and our competence in an area that’s becoming increasingly important for our customers,” says Gerrit Fleischer, Country Manager for DACH, Prosero Security.

Following the acquisition, Tim Karcher, CEO of Tessarek Security Systems, will continue to lead the branch together with his colleagues.

“We’ve built up Tessarek Security Systems by focusing on quality, long-term customer relationships, and technical expertise. Becoming part of Prosero means that we’ll have access to a larger network, more opportunities for development, and a solid platform for continued growth. At the same time, we can continue to work closely and locally with our customers, and operate using the same enterprising spirit that we’ve had since the start,” explains Tim Karcher, CEO of Tessarek Security Systems.

The acquisition is in line with Prosero’s strategy of building Europe’s leading security company.
